ARMS Atlanta Apparel provides retail, wholesale, custom apparel and promotional marketing merchandise; therefore each clients needs are different. Please see our product and return policies that apply for each of our services

Retail: Our retail items posted are usually in stock and available for shipping within 5-7 business days. If for any reason we are not in stock of an item of interest or in process of producing that item, a representative will send an email to advise of the estimated shipping time for your item. Since we are regularly updating our site with new designs we ask that you save the site in your favorites to easily access and view new updates. Upon receipt of payment for items you will be notified via email informing you that your purchase transaction is handled accordingly and will be saitisfied in a timely manner.

Wholesale: For orders exceeding 18 pieces we ask that you contact us under the contact tab with the details of your order. Please include the item you are interested or if it is a custom request. If a custom request please forward the camera ready art if customer is providing via PDF vector and our design department will contact you within 24 hours of receipt. Any artwork or artwork adjustments has a $35 flat rate charge. No charge will be incurred if the art is ready to spec and we can proceed to preparing film for your screens.

Promotional Marketing Merchandise: Our promotional merchandise list is extensive; therefore we ask that you provide us with the type of items you are interested in such as squeeze bottles, key chains, lanyards, badge holders, stickey notes, calendars, tradeshow merchandise etc. Upon receipt of your request we will forward you all o the options so you can choose the item that will best suit your needs. This process ensures that we provide the ultimate in customer service in providing you the items you selected.

Return Policy: If at anytime you receive an order that is damaged, torn or soiled as a result of mishandling on the part of ARMS Atlanta, we will replace that garment at no extra cost and ARMS Atlanta will incur the shipping cost upon receipt of the original packaging, garment from the original purchaser, and the receipt of purchase provided for all purchases. Third party returns and returns without the original packaging & receipt of purchase will not be honored under our return policy.

If an order is damaged, torn, or soiled as a result of shipping and not as a result of mishandling from the ARMS Atlanta facility, then the liablility will need to be addressed with the shipping company. ARMS Atlanta will not be liable under our return poilcy for any damages resulting from shipping. All garments and promotional items are subject to a thorough inspection prior packaging and shipping before leaving the ARMS Atlanta facility.
